6th Grade: Second Annual Storytelling Competition

After the record breaking success of last year‘s storytelling competition, the contestants of sixth grade were cordially invited to take part in the second round of this year’s storytelling competition. Storytelling is such a fun way to play around with language and encourage creative thinking. Every student participated in the first round in their English classes by reading their stories aloud. After that, those who stood out from the rest entered the semi-final. Their speeches were all wonderful stories between 2 to 3 minutes in length. Each contestant spent a long time preparing his or her speech, and performed well. All their actions as well as the vivid tones deserved a big round of applause. We look forward to watching more awesome performances in finals later this week.
