Grade 12: Rope Skipping Competition

On November 22nd, Grade 12 students and teachers enjoyed a rope skipping competition. The competition included 2 minutes of single short rope skipping, 2 minutes of double rope skipping, and 2 minutes of long rope skipping. For the long rope skipping, each class chose their best players to form a team of 12 students, who had trained for several days to battle for their class.

After intense competition, Class 12(2) became the winner with a score of 160 skips per minute, and Class 12(10) & 12(7) won the second prize and third prize with the score of 150 and 146 respectively. Rope skipping not only promotes physical fitness, total body coordination and stamina, but also enhances class spirit as students learn how to cooperate with other team members while jumping. Everyone enjoyed it, and congratulations to the winner!
