Second Graders Made Thanksgiving Turkey Cards to Celebrate Thanksgiving Day

November 23rd, this Thursday is Thanksgiving, a traditional North American holiday. On that day, everybody expresses their gratitude for the things and people they are thankful for, such as family, friends and teachers. Right before Thanksgiving Day, every second grader made a Thanksgiving card or a Thanksgiving poster to show their gratitude and love to his parents, friends, teachers or even the beautiful Earth which offers us all the resources we need to survive. After the students finished the card, they chose to give the card to their parents, friends or teachers as a Thanksgiving gift and hung a Thanksgiving turkey poster on the wall in the classroom.

The second grade teachers would like every student to be thankful for the love and care they receive each day.
