Puxi Grade : Started Read-A-Thon Reading Activity

On November 13th, all of the first graders began the “Read-A-Thon” reading activity. This activity is going to last about one month and it is aimed at encouraging all of the students to read more Chinese and English books.

Right before it started, every student received a “Read-A-Thon” notebook to record the names of the books they chose and the number of pages that they have read each day. All six Grade 1 classes are going to compete to see who will be the first class to reach their reading goal!

Recently, many parents were surprised by the fact that their child has been spending more time reading in the evening. The teachers are very pleased to see more and more students devoting their time to reading.
