Pudong Grade 2: Drop everything and read！

This week, the Pudong campus Grade 2 students held their special reading week again, also called the ‘DEAR Week’. 'DEAR' means 'Drop Everything And Read'. That is to say, in this week, the reading bell can at any time of day– even halfway through a period. When the bell rings, students have to put down whatever they are doing and pick up a book to read. The purpose of this activity is to help the students build good reading habits. Now it seems that the popularity of DEAR week among the students proves that there are plenty of ‘book worms’ between the school’s walls. From the pictures, we can tell that they enjoyed a great reading week with their friends.
