Grade 10： Assembly（5）

On the morning of November 15, 10th graders from SHSID gathered at the XMT auditorium to listen to their fellow classmate, Frank Lin from 10(5), give a lecture on his experiences in history competitions. As an aspiring history student, he participated in the History Bee and Bowl when he was in 8th grade by accident, but immediately grew to love it. Along with several teammates, he utilized his history knowledge in lightning rounds, answering questions as fast as possible and trying to defeat rival teams. In the process, the acquaintance of many people who excelled in history enlightened his desire to enhance his own knowledge in the subject and to continue pursuing his love of history regardless of strong opposition. After listening to his past experiences, his classmates developed a deeper understanding of these competitions and were greatly inspired by his words of encouragement.
