Fatanstic Moments at the 7th and 8th Grade Charity Fair

Have a look at the fantastic moments of the grade 7 and 8 charity fair.

A group of ASB members manning their stand as they prepare to receive their first customers.

Students walking around, enjoying the variety of delicious foods.

A wonderful spread of fried chicken and potato pancakes sparks the interest of many students.

After a long work day (well 2 hours of enjoyable work), the members of this stand and one of their parents pose for a picture.

A big smile for the camera after an advertising campaign!

Two of our student photographers documenting the charity fair through the “perfect angle” – themselves, of course!

“Why does this teacher want to take a picture of us?” “I don’t know, just pose, I guess..?”

“An anecdote from my many years of experience, kids, is that getting pied in the face hurts. A lot. But it’s worth it.” – Mr. Sonnefeldt 2068

“And you know what time it is, students and teachers.” What some may lack in volume they make up for with ingenuity.

Mr. Sonnefeldt comments that the shaving cream tastes bitter!

A busy panoramic view of the ground floor of the charity fair and all of its avid purveyors.

Well looks like this quote just got proven to be false:

“All students are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights – homework; tests; and avoidance to makeup.”

I quoted that right, didn’t I?

What is the purpose of this picture, you may ask - well, simply just to make you hungry.

A transaction between a seller and a buyer, both student, but what exactly is being sold in this transaction?

Dumplings sizzling in a pot of hot oil – a sight to make even the toughest athlete on a diet break down and gorge himself.

“You must learn, young one. Some people are naturally avid, some are not. I can teach you the ways of a good advertiser.”

Two avid student merchants peddling what seems to be bucket of pencils.
