Puxi Grade 3: Wig, Mask, Costume, Please enjoy the hilarity of Halloween!
Puxi Grade 3: Wig, Mask, Costume, Please enjoy the hilarity of Halloween!
Oct 27th was a dress-up day in the primary section. Students couldn’t wait to put on their prepared costumes, wear weird masks, and come to school carrying Jack-O-Lanterns. Their dressed-up teachers were there to welcome them. Everyone greeted each other with a big smile.
Break time belonged to the students! It was their “trick or treat” time. They came to every classroom asking for candy. Very soon their little baskets were full of candies. The smiles on their faces were as sweet as candies.
At noon the teachers brought their students to play and take pictures around our campus. Every child tried to strike a pose that matched their costume. Their hilarious postures made everyone laugh.
During English classes, the Grade 3 teachers also taught students a little about the history of Halloween. While celebrating this special day, we also want them to learn a little about its cultural background. Not matter the wig or the mask, even the weirdest costumes brought different joy to this day. Let’s enjoy this Halloween carnival together!
