SHS & SHSID Bilingual Debate Tournament – “Speed Dating”

On Oct. 24th lunchbreak, 32 debaters who were selected from the preliminary round attended the SPEED DATE event to form their team for the next round competition.

The competition aims to form more collaboration between SHS and SHSID students. Each group is formed of 4 debaters with two from SHS and two from SHSID. Also, each team need two Chinese-speaking and two English-speaking debaters. Every student has one minute to talk to the other debaters and after 31 rounds of conversation, they will form a team of four.

We look forward to their excellent performance in semi-final rounds! The Final Round will be held on Dec. 5th afterschool time and more news will come up!
