Puxi Grade 1-4: Demonstration Class of Shanghai Primary School

During Week 8, the Primary School teachers of SHSID went to observe demonstration classes just ‘over the wall’, in Shanghai Primary School.

On October 16th, the Grade 3 teachers went to observe a Chinese class. They witnessed students who were highly participative and active. On October 17th, the Grade 1 teachers went to observe another Chinese class, covering the vowels in Pinyin, which combined both lecture-based and independent learning. On October 19th, the Grade 2 and Grade 4 teachers went to observe a math class on division, which was extremely organized. They witnessed good interaction between the teacher and students.

In the coming weeks, the teachers of Shanghai Primary School will also come to the International Division of Primary School to observe some classes. This kind of activity not only enhances mutual communication between teachers from different schools, but also contributes to the future exploration of more effective and high quality classes. Let's make a concerted effort to promote development and mutual communication!
