Puxi Grade 1: A Story About Respecting Others!

During Personal Growth class of October 19th, our Story Moms brought a new story about a lamb and a butterfly to our classrooms.

The lamb was very curious, and young enough to believe that all the living things on Earth must be living the same way as him. But when he saw the butterfly flying through the air, he was eager to make friends. But the butterfly flew away, to the South. After that, the lamb learned that the lives of other animals are actually quite different from his own. He finally learned to respect others’ differences, and how to make friends.

We hope all the first graders learned something from the story, and will do their best to respect others.
