Pudong Grade 5: Handwriting Contest

Right after the strenuous Monthly Tests, students of SHSID’s Pudong campus who are in the Native Level Chinese Class participated in a Chinese Handwriting contest, during which students copied down text from their textbooks and were evaluated by both the neatness as well as the artistic value. As an international school, SHSID’s Pudong campus is always devoted to cultivating students’ international competence, of which Chinese is one indispensable component. During this competition, our students were provided a chance to feel the beauty of Chinese characters and more importantly, to engage one step deeper with Chinese culture.
