Puxi Grades 1-4: Fitness Challenge
Week 7 was Sports Week in the Primary School! The young students of SHSID have been taking part in a ‘Fitness Challenge during this special week.
‘Fitness Challenges’ are a common thing these days. But instead of going to the gym, kids they can improve their fitness with simple exercises like doing planks, jumping jacks, tossing and catching, and doing sit-ups, stork balances, and squats. Our Grade 1 and 2 teachers guided the kids to try these simple movements. Then the third graders and fourth graders made a personal fitness goal and presented it to the whole class.
We hope our students will gain a lot of fun and build up their bodies during this Fitness Challenge.
