Puxi Grades 3-4: The Varsity Boys of SHSID Stallions

During Recess time on October 12th, seven varsity boys and the coach of the SHSID Stallions came to visit the Primary School. All Grade 3 and Grade 4 students gathered at the auditorium and listened to an excellent talk given by them.

The varsity boys talked about basketball and shared their training and competition experience with the third and fourth graders. At the end the talk show, students asked these ‘big brothers’ a lot of questions, such as when they joined the Stallions, how many basketball competitions they have taken part in, and so on.

We hope this talk provided our kids with an opportunity to learn more about basketball. We hope these varsity boys will continue exert a positive influence on our students, with their optimism and persistence.
