Puxi Grades 1-4: When wearing a cool baseball hat and a favorite jersey, everyone is an MVP!
Puxi Grades 1-4: When wearing a cool baseball hat and a favorite jersey, everyone is an MVP!
Sports Week is still going on and wonderful, exciting things are happening every day!
On October 11th, students wore their favorite baseball hats to school; smiling faces could be seen peeking out from under the brim of each hat. Their enthusiasm towards sports has been persistent as the week has progressed.
October 12th was Jersey Day for the Primary division. Many students have a favorite team or athlete and by wearing a special player’s number or logo to school, they each felt as though they, too, were a little MVP. We believe that by following their athletic interests, the students will discover their own passions!
During break times, students were in groups reading or playing with their colorful sport shirts on, which created a bright, vivacious sight on our campus. The teachers also participated in Sports Week with the children, wearing their sports shirts to school.
A baseball hat and a jersey were not only a dress code for the week, they also brought on a sense of ceremony. The athletic gear is sporty and energetic; it stands for youth and vitality. We believe that everyone can feel full of life and spirit when dressed in this gear!
