Pudong Grade 5: A Little Professional Players

On Tuesday afternoon, students in SHISD’s Pudong campus were provided with the opportunity to meet professional baseball players face to face. Those professional baseball players were invited by the school as part of this semester’s Sports Week. Students learned from the players not only the fundamental rules of baseball, but also how to practice skills relevant to the game. Our students had so much fun tossing, pitching, and catching. Some students had prior experience of the sport, while new players were given a fun introduction. Even our teachers picked up some balls and played with the students! It was such a wonderful start for the Sports Week.
