Puxi 5th and 6th Section: Intangible Cultural Heritage Project Started at SHSID

On September 26th, Xiaoqin Xi, a representative from the "Chinese Paper-Cutting Cultural Heritage Group" came to Shanghai High School International Division to teach Grade 5 and 6 students a lesson. Ms. Xi first modeled a vivid example of Chinese paper craft for students, which she used to lead students into the wonderful world of Chinese culture. Then, Ms. Xi helped the students to explore how to create beautiful paper works through different cutting methods. Although one hour is hardly enough time to master Chinese paper cutting from scratch, they all really enjoyed it.
