Grade 8: Tug of War Competition

On September 26th, under the bright sun of a Tuesday afternoon, a tug of war competition was held during PE class. Seventh and eighth graders fought for victory in the tournament, pulling with all their strength. Students cheered for the participants, and some even screamed!

The winner of the eighth grade round of the competition was 8(11). The runner-up was 8(2) and class 8(1) won third place. Congratulations to the winners! The point of holding a competition is not about the result, but about the taking part. Through this competition, some students learned how to cooperate with their fellow classmates, while some learned how to use their strength. During the competition, good sportsmanship is also needed. Team sport is important because it requires teamwork, strong leadership, and cooperation. Through this competition, many lessons were learned.
