Pudong Grade 3: Design Your Own Mooncake for Mid-Autumn Festival

During Personal Growth class on the 25th of September, students and Homeroom teachers celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival and learnt about its meaning.

In the class, the teachers introduced the Mid-Autumn Festival by explaining the history of this festival, and what mooncakes have to do with it. Next, the teachers gave a mooncake to each student, while playing a cartoon all about the origin of the Mid-Autumn Festival. Last but not least, the students designed their own mooncakes, which were creative and adorable. To put the proverbial icing on the cake, the classes made a spectacular ‘Great Mooncake Wall’ to decorate their rooms!
