Puxi Grade 1: Story Mom

Our story moms came to the first graders’ classrooms and brought them a great story called “You’re a Hero, Daley B” written by Jon Blake on September 14th.

This is a hilarious picture book about a rabbit called Daley B who is full of questions. He doesn't know what sort of animal he is, where he should live, what he should eat or why he has such big feet. Daley B's many questions about his identity and how he should live his life are answered when Jazzy D pays a visit to the woodland.

Daley B finally finds a use for his big feet. He also finds out what he is–a hero.

The book was enjoyable and all the first graders loved it and thought it was really funny!
