Pudong Grade 3: School Bus Role Play

Last week, all the third graders in Pudong campus reviewed the rules of taking the school bus, and this week, they became the “little mentors” to demonstrate the appropriate ways of taking the school bus for 1st graders.

The “little mentors” were divided into several groups to demonstrate both correct ways and incorrect ways of riding the school but. For example, they fought while standing on the chairs; they put their hands out of the window; they screamed without seatbelts; they even laid down the on floor to show “don’t block the aisles”. They adopted special “teaching methods” to demonstrate the rules of the school bus. It made deep impressions on the 1st graders’ minds. After the demonstrations, all the 1st graders just couldn’t wait to tell what the correct ways are! We can tell 3rd graders did very good job with the demonstrations!
