Sevenoaks School Visited our School

Sevenoaks School visited Shanghai High School and Shanghai High School International Division.

On June 8th, 2017, a delegation from Sevenoaks School led by Head of School Dr. Katy Ricks visited Shanghai High School and Shanghai High School International Division. Since February 27th, it has been the second time for Dr. Katy Ricks and her delegation visited our school. Upon arrival, the delegation received a warm welcome by Principal Feng Zhigang, Head of Shanghai High School and Shanghai High School International Division, Principal Zhu Zhen, Vice Principal of Shanghai High School and Principal Mafeng, Principal of High School of International Division.

Founded in 15th century, Sevenoaks School is a a co-educational day and boarding school in England for students aged 11 to 18. It offers only IB courses for Year 12 to 13 students.

A friendly talk was held in the conference room of Yifu Building between the two schools. Under the different cultural background, both Shanghai High School and Sevenoaks School share a great many common points in school philosophies, which are presented in different forms.
