Puxi Grade 1: Charity Fair

The Charity Fair every semester is always one of the most popular activities at SHSID. In the afternoon of April 27th, the Primary School Charity Fair was held in the local school canteen. Every first grader spent so much time and energy preparing for the fair and as always there were many great and unique ideas.

Some of the parents and students in grade one wore the school uniform T-shirt, with a logo designed by their own hands. The parents donated and collected so much second-hand stuff to sell, helping to encourage recycling and the conservation of Earth’s resources. The Grade One teachers collected some excellent art work during Chinese Culture Week and sold it at the fair. The parents loved these amazing paintings.

Every first grade parent and student tried their best to get involved in this meaningful activity. The charity fair is a really good chance for all the students to experience the joy and pride of helping people. Let us look forward to the next wonderful charity fair!
