Puxi Grade 1: E-day Town Career Experience

On Thursday, April 20th, the entire first grade went on a field trip to E-day Town to experience many different careers. After a short bus ride the excited students arrived at the location, and were given some coupons and a map. Then every first grader was dismissed to explore the E-day Town. Our students loved participating in a variety of different interesting jobs. Some students tried to be firefighters and used a water hose to put out “fire”. Other students were instructed on being nurses and were taught how to take care of a newborn baby. One of the popular jobs was being a pastry chef at a bakery– there the students could bake and decorate a cake under staff’s instruction.

There are so many different kinds of work in the E-day Town and every student had an unforgettable experience learning about all the different careers. The teachers believed that every student was inspired to try their favorite career for the future. What an amazing experience!
