Grades 9-10： Assembly(6) Introduction of USAD

On April 19th, the 9th Grade students gathered in the Xianmian Auditorium for their weekly assembly. This time, a teacher from the SKT introduced two competitions that were recommended for us to join. The first one is the USAD, which is the Academic Decathlon event. In this competition, students are not only going to exploit their potential in ten subjects, but also enjoy the process of learning. Then, the teacher showed several videos about another famous event called the Congress. The people who had outstanding achievements in STEM fields were invited to the Congress to share their experiences with talented students from our high school. Even though there was only limited time for the 10 minute assembly, the students all showed great interest in the activities introduced and even asked the teacher for more information. Everybody enjoyed this assembly and learned a lot.
