Pudong Campus Grade 2: Mini Market

Just shortly after Science class, the second grade students from the Pudong campus excitedly opened a mini Market. In order to let the children have a better understanding of the concept of ‘buying and selling’, and how currency flows, the teachers came up with such an idea, they let their children to play the role of buyers and sellers so they can learn from making ‘real sales’. Some shops prepared delicious homemade food like dumplings, waffles and delicate cupcakes. In the final statistical results, we found that the most popular products were dumplings and homemade perfume. The kids really enjoyed the trading experience in the mini market.
