University of Cambridge Information Session

On the afternoon of April 12th, Dr. David Cardwell, Head of Department of Engineering from University Cambridge, came to SHSID and gave a detailed information session about the entry requirements, application process and college life at University of Cambridge. Dr. David Cardwell also introduced the unique College System at University of Cambridge and he encouraged the high school students to find their passion for a particular academic area in high school and really try their best to excel themselves in that area to prepare for their further study in college.

SHSID is a UCAS center for UK college applications. In the past few years, quite a number of IB and AP students got into great UK colleges by taking IB curriculum and AP courses. From Sep 2017, SHSID is going to offer A-level courses as well. The new A-level courses will help more students fulfill their college dreams in the future.
