Grade 6: Swimming Competition

Swim, Swim, Swim!

Beep! Off they go! The swimmers are gliding through the water! They touch the wall! They turn! They swim back! And… they are coming in!

The annual swimming competition was held today. Students from both fifth and sixth grade were swimming, and they did an amazing job! I myself had also swim, and it was… awesome! The strokes included backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle. Each and every one of the competitors tried really hard, and as they say, hard work pays off. It truly did!

A relay was also held. Four students from each class formed a relay team. The rest of our classmates cheered loudly on the “sidelines”. I could hear some of them underwater!

This year’s swimming competition was very fun, and I hope that students got medals for their hard work. I can’t wait for next year!
