Grade 11: Noontime Music Corner

With the help of YAMAHA and one month’s worth of preparation, the Senior High School Noontime Music Corner held its first performance on March 27th. Around 12:30, a beautiful piano sound began to flow from the Annex of the Xianmian Building, attracting a lot of students and teachers. The representatives of YAMAHA also came to celebrate the first performance at the Music Corner. When the performers finished their performance, the audience clapped for them.

Noontime Music Corner is a music project kicked off by SHSID. It’s a small-scaled, close, simple, and regular event where solo or group musicians can have a chance to perform. It proves a good opportunity for the students to show off their talents, and also bring a musica; atmosphere to the campus. We hope this music will help everyone relax under their heavy academic burden and often noisy atmosphere. Our partner YAMAHA provided us the important item in this project- a Piano- so many thanks to them. We hope the music corner can give us even more splendid, diverse performances for everyone to enjoy.
