Pudong Grade 2: Drop Everything and Read！

This week, Pudong G2 students had their special ‘DEAR’ reading week again.

'DEAR' means 'Drop Everything And Read'. During this week, the reading bell will ring at random points during the school day. When the bell rings, students have to put down whatever they are doing and pick up a book to read. The initial purpose of this activity was to help the students cultivate a good reading habit. Now it seems that the popularity of the DEAR week among the students proves that there are plenty of "book worms" hiding among our SHSID students.
