Puxi Grade 3: Story Mom

During Personal Growth class on March 16th, some Story Moms came to visit the third graders of our Puxi campus, and read them a story called ‘Swimmy’.

Swimmy is an exquisite picture book. A little black fish, the lone survivor of a school of fish swallowed by a tuna, decided to camouflage himself and his new companions to successfully defeat other strong fish in the sea.

This story tells students that teamwork is very important. After the story, all the students also tried to use different materials to make the big fish in the book. Some students used stamps and ink to draw their own big fish. Some students made full use of small fish biscuits to make the big fish themselves.

All the third graders enjoyed the story Swimmy and learned a lot from it.
