Pudong Grade 2: Reading is even better with a partner！

March is the Reading Month in Pudong Campus. In keeping this theme, we held a “Partner Reading” activity in the Week 5 Personal Growth class.

So, what is Partner Reading?

Normally, we read alone. But Partner Reading asks us to read together, as partners. In our activity, tiny little students from lower grades will read with help from the upper grade students. Off course, partner reading could help us to understand the books better. To share the happiness of reading is obviously a joyful thing for our second graders, when the upper grade students came into our classroom, those little one can’t wait to read with their partners! After the teacher assigned them into groups, they quietly sat together and enjoyed some nice reading time.

Some of them are real siblings. Look, here is one little sister who was happily listening her big brother reading a school book to her.
