Chemistry Group Meeting

A Chemistry Group meeting was held last Friday on the 3rd of March. The following topics were covered:

• a list of possible evidence to be used for AdvancED Standards

• how to stimulate effective learning environments for students

• how to encourage students to participate in international chemistry competitions and challenge themselves

• how teachers can instruct and guide students during the competition to promote self-development.

Also discussed was this semester’s upcoming science fair. This will include experiments, competitions and other events related to Physics, Biology and Chemistry. Chemistry teachers will strive to contribute their ideas in different ways to enrich students’ experience of the science fair.
