Workshop of Influential & Transformational Leadership in Educational Context

In the afternoon of December 9th, 80 teachers from High School of SHSID joined the workshop of Influential Leadership in Educational Context in the Drama Center.

The workshop, given by SAIC Shanghai Culture Square, was tailored for the teachers at school, aiming at provide the teachers skills to put aside personal self orientation and judgment, but to observe and stay tuned to what the students are expressing through their verbal and non-verbal signs.

During three-hour workshop, through learner’s centre approach and theatre activities, 80 teachers created a better understanding of leadership. Also, the teachers were inspired with some practical steps to better manage themselves, as well as to influence the others.
