Sharing Best Practice at SHSID

On the afternoon of December 9th, Foreign Affairs Office invited foreign teachers who joined SHSID from 2016 school year to have a meeting about sharing best practice at SHSID. Foreign teachers from Primary to High School expressed their feelings and understandings, and shared new work and life experiences in the three months they had spent in China as well.

Foreign teachers expressed their gratitude to schools’ support in every aspect. They talked of how they appreciated their Chinese colleagues who have unreservedly passed on to them their teaching experiences, and about the lovely students who are really passionate about learning. These are a few of the many reasons for many of their decisions to stay for another year.

The meeting was really successful. It not only makes our foreign teachers feel the school’s care and concern with their work and life, but also enhances communication between each other.
