Pudong Grade 3 :Story Mom

On November 29th, our story moms came to our school again. In order to develop students’ sense of appreciation, this time they read a book called “A Chair for My Mother”. It told us a story about a family. First of all, the story moms showed some pictures to students. Students were invited to think about what was happening in the pictures. Then our story moms stared telling the story. A young student was living with her mom and grandma. However, a sudden fire burned everything down. After the fire, they started to rebuild their home. People overcame those difficulties and they tried their best to live happily. Our students learned a lot from the story, and they promised that they will never give up.
