Grade 6: Storytelling Competition Final Round
Grade 6: Storytelling Competition Final Round
On November 23rd, the story-telling competition took place. All story-telling finalists did their best to tell their stories, which were written by themselves. Those stories were either funny or imaginative with intriguing plots, and they were told with rich emotions and expressions, accompanied with body movements and hand gestures. The story tellers apparently did a great job as everyone of the audience listened intently and enjoyably, and each story ended with a big round of applause.
The most exciting and fun part is the lucky draw. Everyone from Grade 5 and 6 got to guess who the winners would be with the two cards they had. They could put the cards into a few boxes, each of which represents a candidate. The teacher would eventually choose from the winner’s boxes a card, and the lucky ones got some snacks and candies.
Every story-teller was well prepared, and they had great stories. Here are the winners:
From Grade 5:
S, S+ - Angelina 5(4), Leo 5(7)
H, H+ - Jonathan 5(2)
From Grade 6:
S, S+ - Daniel 6(3)
H, H+ - Ivan 6(2)
Congratulations!
