Grades 9& 10: Blackout

The SHSID high school Blackout Party was held by the ASB on November 11 during the night. It was Halloween based, with snacks made into the forms of pumpkins and skeletons, and had a Haunted Hospital full of walking dead. Students also enjoyed games such as “Pumpkin Golf”, “Eyeball Chopsticks”, and “Feed the Pumpkin”, watched horror movies, and won prizes with stamps gained from winning games. Also, students dressed up according to the Halloween theme as monsters, zombies, and even Frankenstein’s bride! The party was meant to give students a period of relaxation after the midterm examinations and allow them to spend the night together as a group.
