Primary School Grade 3: Science Explorations

Science has been very interesting in Grade 3! Students spent the beginning of the semester studying parts of animals and how to classify animals into different groups. Now, students are learning about food chains, food webs, and energy pyramids! Students are learning how producers, consumers, and decomposers play a big role in every ecosystem. Students became scientists while observing how apples slowly decompose over time. Grade 3 students will continue their scientific studies with a closer look at how animals and plants survive and compete in their ecosystems.
