Primary School Grade 2: My Family Tree

Last unit, second grade learned about their family history in social studies class. They learned about how some families immigrated to different countries to find better opportunities and a better life. Students were assigned a “Family Tree” project where they had to research and ask their family members about where they came, their occupation, and hobbies. Students then presented their posters in front of the class sharing vivid and interesting details about their family. We had a lot of fun learning about each other!
