Puxi Grade 3: Pizza Party

To encourage students to read more books and experience the fun of reading, Puxi third graders held a Read-a-Thon activity last month.

At the very beginning of the Read-a-Thon, teachers set a reading goal. All the third graders had to try to read four Chinese or English books in one month.

After one month of reading, most of the third graders achieved their reading goals and finally had their Pizza Party on November.15th. All the students lined up nicely and quietly to get their pizza and drinks, and then enjoyed their movie time with good manners.

The Read-a-Thon activity was aimed at cultivating students’ reading habits, and to help them to find great fun in reading. We hope all the third graders can maintain the good habits they gained!
