Grade 6: Charity Organization Xin Quan Plan Came to School
Grade 6: Charity Organization Xin Quan Plan Came to School
Novmeber 10th, the Xin Quan Plan communication agent came to our campus, and held a great presentation related on how to help China’s ‘left-behind children’ to love reading, improve their lives, and make the world a better place. It was a great and very meaningful session. 40 students from grade 6 were there to watch.
There are 3 major sections in the Xin Quan Plan: the book donations reading program, student aid, and life lessons.
Since the Xin Quan Plan started, the Book donations and reading program sectionhas motivated more than 2952 students in 12 different schools to become lifelong readers. In the Student Aid program section, it sponsors 50 students every year. In the Life lessons, it designed a new curriculum to inspire teachers and kids to become more confident, caring and resilient individuals.
After the introduction of the 3 major sections of the Xin Quan Plan, the communication agent strongly encouraged every one of us to be socially responsible and value life by participating in their activities, through donating books to the left-behind children,
proactively getting involved, and spreading love throughout society.
At last, the student representatives donated part of the money we raised in the Charity Fair. We hope many people can benefit from it.
