Grade 10: Team Building Training

Last Friday, Grade 10 of SHSID organized a Team Building Training to provide each participant a practical overview of team dynamics. The aim was to offer solid tactics for communicating better within one’s team, and to hold multiple self-discovery exercises. The activities held in the Shanghai Botanic Garden were made up of six parts, as following:

• Team Creation, including a team name, slogan, and ‘team song’

• Competition of the Caterpillars

• Around the World in Eighty Days

• Lunch camp

• Magic pen

• The Award Ceremony

Great team work throughout the experience helped bring team members together through mutual respect, compassion, love, and spirituality.
