Puxi Grade 2: Social Science Presentation- My Familly Tree

In Social Studies class we recently learned about family history. We talked about how some families have lived in the same country for many generations and some have moved to different countries. We think it is very important and interesting for the kids to learn about their family’s history. We looked over some examples of family trees and how families have changed over time. Students then created their own family tree that showed at least 3 generations of family members. The tree showed the student and any of their brothers, or sisters, parents, and grandparents. Students then continued on to include great grandparents, and even great-great-grandparents if they were able!
