Puxi Grade 1: First Graders Started Read-A-Thon Reading Activity

From October 17, all the first graders started the “Read-A-Thon” reading activity. This activity is going to last about one month. This activity is aimed at encouraging all the students to read more Chinese and English books.

Right before it started, every student received a “Read-A-Thon” Record Book to take the records of book names, pages and times for each day. All the six classes are going to compete to see who will be the first class to finish the total reading time aimed for the whole class.

Recently, many parents found out very surprisingly that their child has spent more time on reading in the evening. The teachers are very pleased to see more and more students devote themselves to reading.
