Grade 12: Sports Meeting

On October 13th, lively students at SHSID gathered and hosted the annual sports meet! Every class performed during the opening ceremony. During the competitions high jumps, long jumps, and field events, students from grades nine to twelve tried their best, achieved great scores, and received honors for their classrooms. During lunchtime, the food fair started. Students presented different types of snacks and drinks for teachers and other students to buy. While everyone enjoyed the delicious food, they also contributed money to the charity. The competitions became more rigorous during the afternoon field events, and students were cheering and shouting for the athletes. The relay was the climax of the whole day. Through the transition of handing the stick to the next person, the mood became more intense and excited. The athletes eventually reached the finish line and won glory for their classes.
