Puxi Grade 3: Making Fitness Plan

Week 7 was the Sports Week of the Primary section. Kids enjoyed themselves in a variety of physical activities and had a lot of fun. During the Personal Growth class on October 12th, third graders made their own Fitness Plan.

Students were supposed to write down what physical activity they were going to do every week and how often. Also, they needed to draw a picture about their plans. From their plans, we can see that kids are fond of doing various kinds of activities, ranging from running, skating, jumping ropes, swimming and riding the bicycle to badminton, soccer, tennis, basketball and golf. Almost all of our students are aware of the importance of doing physical exercise.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. We hope our third graders could stick to their fitness plans and strike a balance between study and doing sports and grow up healthily!
