First Aid Training

On October 14, 2016, nearly 40 foreign teachers were certified or re-certified in adult CPR. It is a positive step toward enhancing the safety and security of students and staff alike. Thank you to Dr. Wu from Sinoaid Health for conducting the class. Beside adult CPR, the three hour class also covered choking, infant and child CPR, and the Automatic Electronic Defibrillator (AED). Foreign teachers learned procedures for emergencies on campus, including the location of AED devices and had hands-on practice with resuscitation mannequins. Each foreign teacher has completed the assessment under the instruction of the emergency center doctors and finally obtained their first aid certificates.
