Grades 7-8: a great experience in plantation extracurricular activity

There is a plantation land in the northwest corner of the beautiful campus in SHSID. Here is the practice base built by biology group for students’ extracurricular activities. Students can plant in each of white boxes and take the utmost care of those plants. In the process, they will feel the life force of the palnts.

Under the direction of biology teacher, students of grade 7-8 come to the plantation for extracurricular activities. In addition, the land is also used by club in grade 11. Students removed weed and planted the seasonal vegetables and fruits. Combining the knowledge learnt from class, students enjoy the process of plant life cycle including germination, sprouting, growing up, blooming and fruiting.
