SHSID Physics Group – Mentor & New teacher Seminar (1st time, 2016 School year)

Mentor & new teacher seminars have always been a very important part of the new teacher development program. Recently, the first physics group mentor & new teacher seminar of this semester was held in Zhongxin building. Our chosen educational movie was a somewhat artistic movie based on stories about teaching and cultivating students. After reading an article about educational movies and watching ‘The Ron Clark Story’, new teachers actively discussed and presented their opinions. Teaching is not simply teaching knowledge. Beyond good teaching skills, teachers also need passion and patience.
